Modesty

In helping Sweet A memorize her part for the Primary Program in two weeks, I "bird walked" into the subject of modesty. I tried to explain that part of modesty was not wearing strapless clothing.

C: What's strapless?

me: When there aren't any sleeves and...

C (interupting): Oh, [Big H] has something like that.

me (appalled): No he doesn't.

C (insistant): Yes he does--overalls.

me(silently): Well, well. Chalk one up for the kid.
