Baby Face

Hi there. It's me again. I hope you aren't tired of seeing my pretty baby face. Mom wants stare at it all day long...but she has other things to do so she can't. I'm trying out different expressions to see what this face can do. Here are a few that mom has managed to get for you.
This is my relaxed calm face.
I'm usually pretty interested in things when I look like this. Mommy was interested in proving that I have a dimple in my left cheek. Heehee, I keep hiding it.
Yeah, it's true, sometimes I cry and fuss. Trying to figure out this body is hard! You'd think so too, if you were me--you've just forgotten what it was like. Good thing I'm still handsome even when my face is scrunched up.
This is my talking face. I've got lots to say, if you can listen the right way!
Okay, I love trying out faces in my sleep. This one is pretty great, don't you think? (Don't you love my dark hair and chubby baby cheeks.)

This face wouldn't make much sense without seeing the rest of me. I love a good twisty scrunchy total body stretch. Mom thinks it's cute that I curl up to stretch out.
Now that I'm getting older I get to wear things besides nightgowns and sleepers. Don't I look good in jeans? Not to mention the sweet moccasins. (Thanks Aunt Becca!) Mommy puts the frankenstein hat on me to try to scare strangers away. It hasn't worked yet, they just smile and think I'm cute. Can a guy ever grow out of that? (Should I want to?!)
Hope you enjoyed my pretty baby face!!

Early Weeks

After much anticipation, here is an update of the most darling baby boy--Big H. I know y'all want more, you should. Enjoy!

Still just a little guy grabbing daddy's finger.
At one week old; he knows it and he's proud to show it.
Beaming big brother loves to hold Big H...and after about five minutes he declares he's done and I need to get the baby.
Big sister loves to hold Big H every chance she gets. Sometimes that's the only way I can get dinner going. She's going to be a great helper!
Ah, I love baby feet! So cute and chubby. These particular specimens rarely stop moving long enough to be photographed, but they are so much fun to watch!

editor's note

Sometimes technology doesn't work to my advantage. Like our new computer equipped with Vista. Haven't been able to figure out how to compress the pictures to be able to post them. Hence the delay. I had to get the laptop from dear hubby. Took awhile.

Or...maybe I've been so sleep deprived I'm living with only half of my sub-consciousness functioning at any given time-and I switch halves frequently. What exactly is that right hand doing?

Then there's my budding photographer who likes to steal my camera and fill it with his own pictures. Doesn't leave much room for baby brother. (a sample of his work will be forthcoming).

Anyway. Hope you like the pics I've managed to get up.

What the Dr. Ordered

Imagine my joy when I pulled up at the drive-thru to collect my McDonalds lunch and was asked if I liked Dr. Pepper? Heck yeah! I scored a free 44oz. drink because the machine made an extra one. Sometimes faulty technology works to my advantage. After I burned my brain on the carbonation the rest of the afternoon was quite bubbly.
